Patrice Donnelly was born and raised her own family in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. In 2016 she moved to Davisburg where she currently resides and will be opening her gallery in April, 2023.
Patrice has been teaching art classes since 2005 in Oakland County and leading artistic retreats in Sedona, Arizona and Hilo, Hawaii since 2012.
She is a self-taught artist having won her first art competition in high school. In Patrice’s 20’s she transitioned from colored pencils to paint in the early 1980’s. Her favorite medium is paint- oil, acrylics and watercolors and inks- with which she’s constantly exploring new techniques.
Many of her works are in private collections throughout the U.S. Within the past five years her work has been on exhibit at the Flint Institute of Arts, Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center, Farmington City Hall and ArtPrize in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
